One Design Concept Proposal
We’ll provide a single concept proposal aligned to your business branding and preferred contemporary interior design or modern interior design styles.
Two Minor Amendments Included
You’re entitled to two rounds of minor revisions. Feedback must be submitted within 14 days of initial delivery to remain valid under this package.
Delivery Schedule
Expect full delivery within 7–14 working days, starting from the day we receive all your required materials.
Preparing for Your Commercial 3D Drawing
To ensure we deliver accurate and high-quality visualizations, please prepare the following:
1. Accurate Floor Plans with Measurements
Your original or scanned floor plan with room dimensions or site measurements.
2. Current Photos or Videos of the Space
Photos and videos of the commercial unit or location to be visualized.
3. Business and Design Requirements
Details such as:
- Trade or business type
- Preferred interior design contact or concept (e.g. scandinavian interior design, modern luxury interior design, modern contemporary interior design)
- Desired colours, materials, brand palette
- Any mandatory fixtures, signage, or product placement requirements
- Notes on timelines or tenancy deadlines
