I first chose to engage with Lester for his good review and also good price point. It was a pleasure experience working with Lester as he promptly replies to my questions and also does well on informing me of all the things that need my decision. He provides insightful advice on designing, what people usually choose, what are the standards and whatnot. The work was done on time. Though there are some issues, like the wall paint having issue, he quickly arranges for the painter to fix it. Also, he helped to check and fix the data point as I only realize one of it is not working during internet installation.

First of all, we would like to thank Lester and Tan from Elite Boss for their help in our renovation journey. They have done a great job. As our house had a pretty challenging layout for the master bedroom, the deciding factor when choosing an ID was their creativity. We consulted several IDs and found Elite Boss’ proposal for our house layout, especially the master bedroom bold and exceeded our expectations. They could think out of the box and come out with ideas that solved all our needs. The price for the renovation is another deciding factor for choosing Elite boss. Their quotation is highly competitive, which includes all the renovation work we have asked for. Halfway through the renovation, we asked for more items/carpentries to be added, they have kept our budget in mind. Although there was a top-up on our side, it was well-controlled and within our budget. We are also glad that there was no hidden cost.

Lastly, We really appreciate how Lester and Tan are always prompt in their responses. They were closely involved in every process and updated us on every new progress, at the same time reminding us of things that needed to be done on our end. We are very satisfied with their project management as the entire renovation work took only about 2 months. When I bought this house, the existing design is kind of old however is big enough for my family(4 bedrooms). We tried looking into IDs to get ideas and quotes. We met Kenneth and Keith from Elite Boss. Kenneth is able to give ideas and alternative solution with better price yet still meet my requirements and quality . He is also open to discuss to use Tao Bao or any other online things to help me cut cost. He even help to source it himself and recommend it to me.

The ID hunting started in late February for my mum’s place after we were informed the delayed HIP will begin around April 2022. As we were planning to start the renovation after HIP, I had sent in my request through Qanvast and other renovation platforms to search for a suitable ID. After which I had met up with several IDs over the next few weeks to convey my wants. As there is no particular theme for the house, only a handful IDs including Elite Boss get back to me with a draft quote. After another round of discussion, I decided to let Elite Boss to oversee the renovation due to their sincerity for the project.

The journey with Elite Boss was smooth from selecting of materials till completion of the project. There were some minor hiccups here and there but these are promptly attended to and rectified. Even though no deadline was set for the renovation, everything was completed within 10 weeks.

Compared several different interior designers and finally decided to go with Elite Boss as my renovation contractor. The project started months before Chinese New year and they managed to help complete most of the work before CNY so I can have gathering with friends at the new home. The overall design and work quality is good. And it’s especially pleasant to work with designer Winnie. She’s quite patient and helpful, very responsive in solving problems. Suggested designer if you want budget friendly and also good quality and service.

Choosing an ID for your first home after hearing so many horror stories is not an easy task. I am very glad we went with Elite Boss/Cedric! We never felt disappointed at any moment throughout our whole reno journey with Cedric. Cedric is always efficient and there to respond to our calls and duly reply to messages. Loved the transparency with line item quotations, calculations and flexibility to add and remove items as we pleased. Workmanship 5/5 Im an OCD person so my attention to details is very high. No major issues with quality or cutting corners. He planned the joint lines for countertop and laminates well which was a major concern for me. He actively managed to rectify minors issues we raised with him. Timeline Management 5/5 He handed over the unit within the time frame we had agreed. No major delays and he kept moving fast with his planning. Design 4/5 Cedric’s design managed to include the major considerations we had. He kept with the theme we had given him. Overall, we are very happy to have worked with Cedric for our home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend our friends to him. We have no regrets! 🙂

I was clueless to reno as a 1st time owner of my house. It was not a big project and was thinking which ID would be interested to take up such project. Qanvast had shortlisted 5 ID firms to me and Elite Boss was 1 of them. To keep my comments short, I would say overall experience with Winnie as my ID was quite pleasant although there were some hiccups in terms of last minute changes from me or mis-alignment of some issues. Despite these issues, things were solved in a professional way. Another plus point of working with Winnie was she would keep reminding me to provide this or to buy that in order to handover the house back to me asap. I was the 1 who delayed the whole process. I was also very pleased with the good workmanship from various teams in handling different jobs under Winnie’s supervision to ensure things were done properly. Good job team!! To summarize in few words, house reno is never a nightmare in good hands of Elite Boss 🙂

At first, we found Qanvast, and after filling up our request for renovation Qanvast gave us about 5 renovation companies to consider. We visited Cedric in their office as our third renovation company visit. The office showroom has designed cabinets and tables where you can see display floor materials and various color options. His approach is different from other renovation companies we visited. He straightaway shows us the 3D images he displays on the screen from his previous work. We can see immediately how the house would look like with the design. To us, it is very clear as this is our first time doing renovation for our house. After a very quick decision, we decided to use Elite Boss as our renovation company. Cedric is someone who is very responsive, unlike the many negative feedbacks from other house owners, who complain about how slow their rep responds to their message. This shows how responsible Cedric is, he is also very reasonable and shows up in meetings where we need to select materials and stuff.
