Tips to avoid scam
- If the advertised price(normally very low package price) looks too good to be true, it probably is.
- Google the product or the website name along with the phrase “scam” to see if you can find any reports of the company
- Check for reviews of the company. The reviews should not be across many months/years. If the reviews come in in several days, likely is a scam
- Check for HDB license and case trust
- Visit existing projects and if possible get feedback from the existing project clients when meet up
- Ensure the Interior designer knows his work and have enough experience
- Check through the materials given and ensure you got enough range of materials to choose from the quoted price. (example what’s the range of laminates and internal carcass can choose etc.
